'720 minors begging or hawking on city streets'

The survey used a mobile app — We are 4 child — developed with the help of Kochi-based Abhishek Krishnan, a founder of Strofes Technologies, for collection of data.

The Karnataka State Legal Services Authority submitted the report after conducting the survey during January–March 2021 with NGOs, law students, para legal volunteers and officials of the BBMP, city police and other state departments.
